Are your products gluten free?

Yes! All our products are 100% gluten free and made with ingredients that are naturally free of gluten.

What about allergies?

All our snacks are made in the same kitchen that handles nuts, seeds, eggs and dairy. While we take great care to keep things clean, if you have a nut allergy, we recommend avoiding our products.

What is keto?

The keto (ketogenic) diet is a low-carb, high-fat lifestyle that helps your body use fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. Even if you’re not following keto, our snacks are made with simple, wholesome ingredients and no added sugar — perfect for anyone looking for better-for-you treats.

Which sweeteners do you use?

We use a blend of erythritol and monk fruit — natural, plant-based sweeteners that add just the right sweetness without raising blood sugar or leaving an aftertaste.

Which chocolate chips do you use?

We use Krisda semisweet chocolate chips, made with erythritol and stevia. They’re rich, smooth, and perfectly sweet — without any added sugar.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within a 5 km radius of Forest Hill. As a small family business, we handle deliveries ourselves to ensure freshness and care.
