At My Dad’s Kitchen, we take pride in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality treats. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

1. No Returns

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned food products once they have been delivered.

2. Issues with Your Order

  • If there is a problem with your order (such as an issue with the packaging or the product itself), please contact us as soon as possible by email (info@mydadskitchen.ca)  or via our website with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

  • We will do our best to make it right.
