Our Story
Many of my childhood memories are tied to food - watching my grandmas cook, helping in my parents’ restaurant, and learning how food can bring people together. Even though I pursued a career in science, earning a PhD in Computer Engineering, the kitchen has always been where I felt most at home. For me, cooking became a way to blend curiosity, creativity, and precision - just like in my research.
When my wife and I began a keto lifestyle more than five years ago, I struggled to find snacks that were both healthy and truly enjoyable. So, I started experimenting - creating granola, crackers, and cookies that not only satisfied us, but quickly became part of my family’s daily routine. My kids, though not on any special diet, love them as breakfast and after-school snacks.
Over time, I realized these recipes weren’t just for people on keto - they were for anyone who wanted wholesome, better-for-you food that also tastes great. After the pandemic, I knew I wanted to spend more time with my family while also building something new and meaningful. That’s how My Dad’s Kitchen was born: an extension of our home kitchen, where everything is made with the same love and care I give my own family.
