Delivery Policy

At My Dad’s Kitchen, we deliver your healthy and tasty treats fresh, straight to your door.

1. Delivery Area

• We currently deliver within a 3 km radius of our location in 310 Tweedsmuir Ave. Toronto (right next to  St. Clair W. subway station).

• If you try to place an order outside of this area, our system will automatically notify you and you will not be able to complete the order.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed and delivered within 1–3 business days.

• We will send you a text and/or email a few hours before delivery to let you know when your order is on the way.

3. Delivery Fees

• Free delivery on all orders over $20 (limited-time opening offer 🎉).

• A $5 delivery fee applies to orders under $20.

4. Delivery Process

• Deliveries are completed by our own team (not third-party couriers).

• Customers must agree that:

  • Someone will be available to receive the delivery, or

  • The package may be left safely at the door.

• Once delivered, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after drop-off.
