Delivery/Pickup Policy

At My Dad’s Kitchen, we deliver your healthy and tasty treats fresh, straight to your door.

1. Delivery Area

We offer local delivery within Toronto. At checkout, our system will automatically confirm whether your address is eligible for delivery.
If you're outside our delivery area but prefer delivery over pickup, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to help whenever possible.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and delivered within 1–3 business days.
We will send you a text and/or email a few hours before delivery to let you know when your order is on the way.

Deliveries are completed by our own team (not third-party couriers).
Customers must agree that:
- Someone will be available to receive the delivery, or
- The package may be left safely at the door.
Once delivered, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after drop-off.

Please wait for a pickup notification before arriving.
We offer flexible pickup hours, including late evenings and weekends, so you can grab your order when it’s most convenient for you.
